Toronto’s legal community gathered at the Toronto Lawyers’ Association Awards Gala to celebrate excellence.

The 2025 Toronto Lawyers’ Association Awards Gala brought together Toronto’s legal community at The Omni King Edward Hotel to celebrate its outstanding members. Each year, the gala highlights leaders from various generations and areas of law, as well as legal organizations, to showcase their hard work and dedication. The evening featured three key awards: The Award of Distinction, presented to Mark J. Sandler for his lifetime of excellence; the Honsberger Award, given to Shantona Chaudhury for her commitment to knowledge, advocacy and community; and the TLA Emerging Excellence Award, awarded to Adam Goldenberg for his leadership and innovation in his first decade of practice.
