Well Dressed for Spring fashion show supporters collectively raised a record-breaking $525,000 for Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation at The Quay on March 25, 2026.
“This result shows what’s possible when people come together,” says Wellspring’s former CEO, Christina Smith, who retired at the end of April. “We are so grateful for the generosity of our donors, sponsors, volunteers, staff, and members who made this night possible. And this year, I was especially honoured to walk alongside our inspiring models on the runway. It was a very emotional night.”
Hosted by Canadian fashion icon Jeanne Beker and celebrity stylist Kim Appelt, Well Dressed for Spring is an annual fashion show and fundraiser, featuring models whose lives have been touched by cancer. “This event is truly unlike any other,” says Smith. Funds raised help Wellspring provide free-of-charge, evidence-based programs and services for people living with cancer and their families. To support the cause, visit wellspring.ca.
